Asphalt Maintenance & Sealcoating

We apply hot rubberized crack filler using the state-of-the-art Crafco/Melter equipment to give our customers the latest in technology, protection and savings. We begin by cleaning out 1/4 inch cracks and larger with high velocity air pressured equipment to remove vegetation, dirt and debris, hot rubberized crack filler is then applied using a heated pressurized wand. Properly cleaned and filled cracks can prevent water penetration, reducing pavement and sub-structure deterioration that can cause costly repairs.

We use the latest Seal-Rite equipment and the highest quality materials to provide our customers with the proper protection for their pavement investment. We begin by cleaning the pavement surface with brooms, blowers and in some cases power wash, treat any gas an oil spots with a commercial oil spot primer and edge grass from asphalt. Our Seal Coat application can be done by Spray, Squeegee and Broom methods to provide a quality and consistent uniform application. Seal Coating Increases life expectancy of your pavement, saving costly repairs by protecting against gas and or oil spills, sun oxidation, water, snow, ice and salt, allowing for easier pavement cleaning and improve your properties appearance.

We use Graco LineLazer professional striping machines to deliver precise and consistent lines, along with long lasting, durable and fast drying laytex traffic paints in a variety of colors. We offer a wide variety of stencils for all your traffic symbols, words and directions. We can re-stripe your existing parking lot or help in developing a new parking lot lay-out. Striping can increase your parking potential, increase traffic flow and allow for designated parking. Striping complements and brings a color contrast to improve your properties appearance.
