Includes excavation to the proper grade, Inspection of sub-grade for stability, stone base installation to the required thickness, final grading and compaction for proper drainage, laying the required asphalt pavements and striping may be furnished for a completed finish.

Is done when existing base is in good condition but the pavement shows slight signs of deterioration. Once existing pavement is cleaned a tack coating application is applied (allowing new asphalt to adhere) and a new pavement is laid. This is a cost effective way to maintain an asphalt pavement. Striping may be furnished for a completed finish.

Is done when existing pavement is deteriorated beyond repair, (extreme spider webbing or alligator cracking) asphalt removal may be done by either machine excavation or by machine milling and or grinding the existing pavement to the specific depth required. Once the stability of the existing base conditions are determined the broken asphalt is removed from site and or if milled the asphalt may remain in place or be removed from site. Final grading is then done for proper drainage and a new asphalt pavement is laid. Striping may be furnished for a completed finish.

Is done by removing any loose broken asphalt and existing base is inspected for any deficiencies. Removal may be done by hand, machine excavation, milling/grinding. Saw cutting may be used to provide a smooth transition. Hot mix asphalt is then laid to the required thickness.
