New Construction
As an experienced asphalt paving contractor, we can handle various tasks, including:
- Excavation to the Proper Grade
- Inspection of Sub-Grade for Stability
- Stone Base Installation to the Required Thickness
- Final Grading and Compaction for Proper Drainage
- Laying the Required Asphalt Pavement
- Striping for a Completed Finish
Resurfacing/Overlay
Resurfacing is a cost-effective way to maintain asphalt pavement. This service is done when the existing base is still in good condition but the pavement shows slight signs of wear and tear. Our asphalt paving service team cleans the existing pavement, applies a tack coating, and then lays new pavement. Striping may be furnished for a completed finish.
Asphalt Removal and Replacement
Existing pavement that has deteriorated beyond repair (i.e., extreme spider webbing or alligator cracking) requires asphalt removal. We use special machines to excavate, mill, and/or grind the pavement to the required depth. Next, we determine the stability of the existing base conditions before removing the broken asphalt.
In cases where the asphalt is milled, it may remain in place or be removed from the site. Our asphalt paving service team then conducts final grading for proper drainage and lays new asphalt pavement. Striping may be furnished for a completed finish.
Asphalt Patching/Repair
We remove loose or broken asphalt and inspect the existing base for deficiencies. The removal process may be done by hand, machine excavation, or milling/grinding. Alternatively, saw cutting may be used to provide a smooth transition. We then lay hot mix asphalt to the required thickness.
